Airport Authority

Meets the 2nd Friday at 8:00 AM each month at the Brewster Field Terminial Building. Three members is a quorum. Five member authority elected by the citizens. Governed by open meeting laws. Responsible for management of the airport.

    Community Redevelopment Authority

    Five members serve on this authority. This group receives applications for Tax Increment Financing (TIF). Responsible for adoption of redevelopment plan and declaration of blighted and substandards areas in the City. This is subject to approval by the Planning Commission and City Council. Group meets on an average of twice a month at 5:00 PM usually on Monday's at the City Council Chambers, 502 East Avenue. Group is governed under open meeting laws.

    Housing Authority

    Meets once a month and oversees the low income housing unit in northeast Holdrege. Three members is a quorum. Five member authority.
