MNIS / Holdrege Area Recycling

With the support and efforts of the community of Holdrege, Mid-Nebraska Individual Services began operating the Holdrege Area Recycling Center on July 1st, 2002. In addition to providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, MNIS continues to meet the recycling needs of Holdrege and the surrounding areas.

Currently, we accept aluminum, tin, newspaper, magazines, office paper, plastic, and cardboard. We provide on-site pick-ups of recyclable materials for local and area businesses. Our drive-thru is open for the general public from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday. In addition to our drive-thru option, drop off trailers are available at both Sunmart grocery stores.

We welcome the opportunity to serve Holdrege and the surrounding communities with their recycling needs, while providing work opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities. For more information, feel free to contact us at 308.995.4612.
