Lincoln Place
A housing grant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development has made it possible for the community to start a new development. Lincoln Place is a neighborhood with mixed-use, but similarly-priced homes. Eight lots will be available for single-family homes with a final constructed cost of $130-$160,000.
The development will also include duplex townhomes complete with association and services. The Holdrege Development Corporation will contract with a developer to have 6 duplexes built in the $150-$190,000 range.

North Park Addition
Large lots are for sale to potential homeowners/developers in the Village of Loomis. The lots range in size from 19,550 to 28,900 square feet and are adjacent to the park, which has tennis and basketball courts and playground equipment. The Village of Loomis will remove up to three trees and bring village water service to the lot line.
