Mosaic, formerly Bethphage

Founded as Bethphage Mission in Axtell, Nebraska in 1913. Holdrege became the first community-based site for services in 1981. Provides residential and vocational opportunities to people with developmental disabilities. Became Mosaic in 2003 when Bethphage and Martin Luther merged.
